Return policy

Brickollector understands that LEGO products are often purchased as gifts for loved ones. To avoid your loved ones getting stuck with 2 of the same LEGO sets (unlikely!), we are more than happy to offer store credit (in the form of Brickollector Gift Card) for you when you return your product(s) to Brickollector, providing the following criteria are met:

1) Please email us to request returning your order(s) in exchange for store credit within 14days of receiving your order(s).

2) Returned item(s) must be shipped back to Brickollector in their original unopened condition, in a protective cardboard box with protective packaging. We reserve the right to decline issuing store credit if item(s) are not returned in their original condition. 

3) There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. For example, if you return a product that you paid $100 for, you will receive $90 Brickollector store credit. Please note, shipping charges paid (if any) for the initial order is non-refundable.

4) It is your responsibility to organise and pay for the shipping charges when sending the product(s) back to Brickollector.

If you have changed your mind after purchasing from Brickollector, we are also happy to accept you returning order(s) in exchange for store credit as described above. Please note, all return requests must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order(s).

We have a box condition grading system so please take notice of box condition description while making a purchase. Despite our best effort in describing box condition accurately, this topic is subjective in nature so please don't have the expectation of a perfect LEGO box arriving at your door step (we will try our best though!).

If your item is severely damaged or lost in transit, please contact us for a resolution. We may be able to claim such damages from the courier company. Our careful packing should protect your LEGO sufficiently from mild to moderate transit damages. However, please accept that there is a risk your parcel may sustain damage during the shipping process.

For any missing pieces in your newly purchased sets, LEGO.com provides a free replacement service and will take care of you by clicking here. For any other issues with your purchase, we will fulfil our duties as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us for a resolution.
