Brickollector is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company based on Auckland's North Shore. We only sell retired, hard-to-find, 100% genuine and brand new LEGO items. Learn more about us here. All in stock items are dispatched from Auckland within 24 hours on working days.
Do you sell LEGO sets currently available at official LEGO retailers?
No, we don't. We specialise only on retired LEGO that is no longer produced. We recommend that you support great retailers like Toyco, Brickstore or your local toy stores for LEGO that is still in production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer FREE shipping anywhere in New Zealand if your order is $199 and over. For orders less than $199 we charge a flat rate of $7.99 to cover some of our costs. Please read our shipping policy for more information.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store only.
Can I pick up my order?
No sorry, all orders must be shipped.
I can't find something on your website. Do you stock xxxxx?
Please use the search box to see if we have the set you are after. Everything we have is listed on our website, available for dispatch within 24 hours on working days. We do not currently take procurement requests for specific LEGO items.
Do you sell individual bricks?
No, we don't. You can buy loose bricks from LEGO.com or BrickLink.
Are any of your sets second-hand?
No, all our sets are brand new and factory-sealed. Sets with broken seals due to Customs inspection will be stated as such in the products page.
How can I pay? / Do you offer laybuy?
We accept all major credit cards and payment plans such as Afterpay and Laybuy.
Can I request the box with the best condition when I buy from Brickollector?
If you are a box collector, feel free to contact us and we will try our best to see if we have a perfect/close to perfect box available for you. This will be done on good faith where you agree and accept the risk of potential damage from shipping despite our best efforts in protective packaging.
My LEGO set is missing pieces or stickers.
Please register the missing pieces directly with LEGO.com as they provide a free replacement service.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we only ship to New Zealand street addresses, and all orders must be signed for.
How do you determine your pricing?
Due to the appreciative nature of LEGO collectibles, pricing is largely determined by demand, stock procurement costs, and stock holding costs. Please read this article for more information on our pricing policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel and refund your order provided it hasn't been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
Do packages need to be signed for on delivery?
Yes, all shipments must be signed for at time of delivery. If you prefer your packages to be left without signature you can register for NZ Post's authority to leave.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item(s) to us in exchange for store credit if you fulfil the criteria stated in our return policy. If there is an issue with the items you've ordered, we will fulfil our duty as per Consumer's Guarantees act and will either replace or refund your purchase(s).
