Shipping policy

Shipping:

We want to keep things simple by offering FREE shipping anywhere in New Zealand for orders $199 and over. For orders under $199 we charge a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

We utilise NZ Post courier services and is subject to the following:

• Please allow 1-4 days for your parcel to arrive 
• All deliveries require a signature
• Only delivery to NZ addresses and NOT P.O.Boxes

 

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Any delays will be communicated to you at the earliest time possible.

 

Packaging:

We use only recycled or recyclable materials for our packaging as well as strong, double cushioned cardboard boxes to minimise potential damages from shipping. We encourage you to put them into your regular recycling bin for collection.
