Build a detailed LEGO® brick model of the Flatiron Building, the most striking of New York’s earliest skyscrapers. Rising up from a triangular wedge of land between Broadway, Fifth Avenue and East 22nd Street, the ‘Fuller Building’ – as it was originally named – became one of the city’s tallest buildings at 20 stories on completion in 1902. A penthouse, built three years later, added an extra story. The locals’ nickname for the building was later officially adopted, and the ‘Flatiron Building’ has since been officially recognized as a National Historic Landmark. This intricate model captures the limestone façade and elegant Beaux-Arts styling of architect Daniel Burnham’s masterpiece in LEGO brick.

  • Interpretation of real-world architectural landmark, the Flatiron Building.
  • Features a nameplate.
  • Booklet included with details on the design, architecture and history of the building (English language only. Other languages available for download at LEGO.com/architecture).
  • Measures 5” (15cm) tall, 3” (8cm) wide and 4” (11cm) deep.
  • Collect the entire LEGO® Architecture Landmark and Architect Series sets.
  • The LEGO® Architecture product line is about celebrating the world of architecture through the medium of the LEGO brick and for all with an interest in design, architecture and history.

The default box condition is “Minimal Shelf-Wear” unless there is a drop down option/menu. Here at Brickollector we want you to make an informed purchase so we have developed our own box condition grading system below. This way you can have an idea (with our best intentions) of what to expect when you receive your LEGO from us. We will pack your order to the best of our ability but occasionally LEGO boxes can get damaged from courier services.

Sometimes boxes may have price sticker or security sticker on them. They are NOT treated as "damaged" at Brickollector. We do not remove these in fear of causing damage to the box. Please note that we are not brave enough to classify boxes as perfect (even if we think they are) so we will only go as far as 9.5/10. If you are a box collector and want us to send you close up photos of the box we may be able to accommodate such requests on a case by case basis.

If seals have been broken due to Customs inspection we will describe the box condition as such. We also reduce the prices accordingly based on how much damage the box has sustained.

Box Condition Rating Out Of 10  Description
Minimal Shelf-Wear 9 to 9.5 Excellent box condition with minimal (if any) scratches/creases/ worn corners.
Minor Shelf-Wear 7 to 8 Overall very good box condition with some minor imperfections such as minor scratches/creases/ punctures/worn or squashed corners. May NOT be suitable for box collectors.
Moderate Shelf-Wear 5 to 6 Average box condition with moderate damage to some parts of the box. There may be moderate scratches/ creases/punctures/worn or squashed corners. NOT for box collectors.
Heavy Box Damage 0 to 4 Badly damaged box. Box may have water damage, or ripped open in some parts. However, inner bags will still be sealed and contents will be complete. Ideal for that brand new building experience without the brand new price tag (and throw that box away afterwards guilt-free).
